Weekend & Nightly Camping


All sites have water, electricity & grey water drains. Two cars per site limit.
Check In 1pm / Check Out 12pm or $2.00 per hour for early-in (before 12pm) or late-out (up to 4pm)
All prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children. *Extra Adult $5.00 / *Extra Child $3.00 over the age of 3

PET POLICIES:
  • $2.00 per PET (Please clean up after your pet)
  • We do not allow PIT BULLS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Pets may never be let unattended.
  • Any pet causing a disturbance, must be removed from the park.
  • Please be courteous to your neighbor.

  • Golf Carts only permitted with proof of insurance and a valid driver's license. Additional rules apply.

BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 3 CAMPING UNITS (tents, pop-ups and small trailers only). PRICE IS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF CAMPING UNITS AND PEOPLE. (Example: Friday & Saturday = 2 nights with 2 tents, 1 pop-up, 6 adults & 6 children. Price per night: $106.00. Total Price = $212.00)

EXTENDED STAY - No Permanent Residence

1 Month Stay - $525.00 per month, plus electric. Based on 2 people.
2 Month Stay - $500.00 per month, plus electric. Based on 2 people.
3 or more Months - $475.00 per month, plus electric. Based on 2 people.

Daily Guest (11am-8pm) $3.00 per person over the age of 3

  • RESERVATION POLICY 2 Night Minimum with 1st night deposit. *3 Night Minimum Stay on Holiday Weekends with Payment in Full at time the reservation is made.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY $25.00 fee on all cancellations. The day of, full amount will be charged (minimum 2 nights)


  • NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED ON HOLIDAYS (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Halloween Weekends)

Based on 1 family. We consider a family mom, dad, and dependent children living at home, under the age of 18. No lot sharing permitted.
* After March 1st, the rate is $50.00 more for the season.
Note: We do not accept credit cards until April 1st.
